Here is this weeks “Sunday” Sevens post, linking up to Natalie to give a snap shot view of how the last week has gone.
Well I guess we’ve actually done a fair amount this week. Getting started on this years Stitching santa presents and things for Advent calendars has meant Christmas crafting is a go!
I went to town to get some supplies – I think these will last me for a while.
and check out this great christmas cotton xD can’t wait to use this!
Here’s a bit of a sneak peak of what we’ve been crafting. We’ll be making some tutorials on some of the christmas bits we’ve made soon.
I’ve also been looking around at colour combinations for making a new latin dress.
We got a delivery from Tia Knight, looking forward to making some lovely leggings from that top fabric!
And lots of lycra samples for me to look at for contrast colours for my latin outfit!
Pippa got in a few sewing makes this weeks – a few new t-shirts for her wardrobe =)
Some more lovely sunsets for Pippa at work this weekend, waiting for the boats to return.
and an interesting company name on the side of this van…

Hmm, some intriguing teasers you’ve shown us here! Love the sprouts fabric, what a great find. What with dresses to make for your dancing, you’ve got a lot on your plate. Beautiful sunset photo, too.
Well we do like to give ourselves challenges… thankfully my latin dress will probably be a project over a few months. I think Pippa is potentially looking at doing a quicker one though. Will have some posts soon about some of the christmassy crafts! 🙂
I have used that company for stretch fabrics before – I must revisit, you’ve got some amazing colours to choose from there.
I’ve only just realised, reading Sheila’s comment, that those are brussels sprouts on that fabric. I love sprouts with the Christmas dinner and, although nobody else does, I serve them up anyway. They seem to be the Marmite of vegetables.
That van is funny – I wonder if they realise? I can’t believe nobody has pointed it out to them.
Yes they do have some fabulous fabrics on there! I have so many samples from them…
We do our sprouts with bacon usually which seems to go down better although I do have a few friends that I have to bribe to eat a some, it’s not christmas unless someone has been forced to eat sprouts though is it? Personally I quite like them.
