Here is this weeks “Sunday” Sevens post, linking up to Natalie to give a snap shot view of how the last week has gone.
Nikki started work on a project for a friend – making a petticoat to compete rock and roll in. You can read more about it on my Petticoat Post
The first delivery came of some appliques and rhinestones to add to the new ballroom and latin outfits, a number of dresses that Pippa finished this week.
And some samples have arrived for the salwar kameez which we are making for our friend. Read more about that in our dress challenge post.
So this week seems to have been a productive week on all fronts, Pippa finally sewed up a bag that she cut out before Christmas. Here is it hanging on the end of the rail that she keeps in the hall for her recent makes/dance dresses. A nice sea of Turquoise there are the moment. 🙂
Pippa also managed a few other makes this week:
Look Thumb cuffs – warm snugglyness to keep me cozy over the cold English weather.
On top of all the making that Pippa has done this week she has started auditing fabrics… There are lots more there than we thought…

Six outfits and a bag adds up to one make a day in the last week – WOW!
Well when you put it that way… 🙂 it makes up for the times that I don’t get to sew at all.
