  4. Sewing up my most recent mini stocking using a sail makers needle backwards. Because apparently I have them to hand more easily than a yarn needlemini stocking sailmakers needle
  5. A Lovely wool blanket that I picked up at a local charity shop destined to become some form of outerwear for meblanket
  6. Stitching Santa wrapped and boxed and ready to gostitching santa
  7. All of the Sexy faces being pulled by Nikki, posing with on of Daddy’s Christmas presentsfaces

      Lol no actually I don’t think anyone other than Nikki knows. But the problem isn’t actually buying them but deciding on a decent pair to get.

        It’s a hard choice, isn’t it. I broke down and bought a pair of Ginghers on huge sale, then unearthed my mother’s old pair. So now I have two!! (or perhaps I’ll be returning the new ones….) Good luck, there are many to choose from!

          Oh nice. I really want to try sets out as they always leave me with dents on my fingers. I think my fingers are too big for most designs

          I’m going back and pinning a few things from my blog and came across this comment again. I inherited a set of my grandmothers scissors this Christmas which contains about 5 small scissors for different things, including button hole scissors which have a hole in them to only cut part of the fabric… Who knew they existed! Yay for old tools, I just need a decent pair of fabric scissors now.
