Sunday Sevens #26

This weeks Sunday Sevens  is being written up on my phone as I have just got back from celebrating a friends birthday in Wycombe.

Sunday sevens is organised by Natalie.

This week we took delivery of a dehydrator and so harvested “a few” herbs from the back garden to try drying

I also harvested the first salad leaves from the garden, having a wonderful salad using them. It’s a shame the rest of the weeks eating hasn’t been so healthy!

As I declared I am participating in the Outfit Along 2016 so have started knitting up a storm*.

The lace pattern is finally starting to show itself. 🙂

Trying to fit as much knitting in as possible I have been knitting in some random places.

This was one of the best. Weds lunch time, in Cowes, in the sunshine whilst the clients were in the pub

To balance it out a little Thursday was not so nice.
Portsmouth is supposed to be over there somewhere…

I’m not sure this one needs a caption

Even more knitting. This was after catching up with a good mate of mine, and a lesson in how not to organise going out for breakfast.

I arrived a little early to “the cafe” so had a coffee with Nikki 20 mins later got a call from Lottie asking where I was. Turns out there is more than over Mettricks cafe in Southampton! So they decide to come to me. About another 20 mins go by when I get another phone call asking where I am. Turns out there are 3 Mettricks in Southampton!
Who knew…

Sunday we celebrated Aneesa’s birthday with lunch at a noodle bar. Then bowling, which I haven’t done in years. We all had a great time! Then a few cocktails.
This was much more impressive when I first got it and the top was just whipped cream with an oreo stuck in it.

Love the bucket of empties – you’re right, no caption needed! The lace is looking lovely. How nice to be able to do a few rows whilst the clients were in the pub. The café fiasco had me laughing:)

Yeah it was nice to get some extra rows in. I’ve managed to complete one front so far. I’m not sure it will be finished by the end of the month though.
